The measured values will vary due to the use premise of the bearing or the installation position of the sensor. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the specific force of the measurement value of each machine before confirming the judgment scale. The bearing vibration signs running during the operation process can also be predicted to be abnormal.
Bearing temperature can be generally guessed from the temperature outside the bearing chamber. If the operating oil hole can directly measure the temperature of the bearing outer ring, it is appropriate. The temperature of all bearings will increase gradually for 1-2 hours with the operation and then reach the constant condition. The normal temperature of the bearing varies with the thermal capacity, heat dissipation, speed and load of the machine. If the lubrication and installation are not suitable, the temperature of the bearing will rise sharply, which will present abnormal high temperature. At this time, it is necessary to curb the operation and adopt the necessary precautionary measures.
